Potok Inter began to manufacture air decontamination units for equipping cheese ripening chambers at the Semikarakorsky plant.

Today, the plant takes the sixth place in the production of cheese and cheese product in Russia, production facilities allow to process more than 570 tons of milk per day. The range of products is solid and semi-solid rennet cheeses, fat and oil products, processed cheeses and whey powder.

In the ventilation system of the cheese ripening chamber, in-duct air decontamination units will be built. The equipment is designed to improve the microbiological air indicators, improve the quality of products.
