Заключение ИМБП РАН: оборудование по обеззараживанию воздуха «Поток» полностью соответствует всем требованиям стандартов качества

In June 2016, the Russia-based engineering company Potok Inter, a unique technology developer and a manufacturer of patented professional equipment for air decontamination, and the Russian subsidiary of GEA, one of the largest suppliers for the food processing industry and a wide range of process industries, agreed on cooperation. The companies will cooperate in industries such as dairy and meat processing and in the area of industrial process and refrigeration equipment.

The cooperation involves state-of-the-art solutions offered by Potok Inter for microbiological air purity in the food industry, an opportunity provided by GEA to enter new markets, and the joint development of high-technology equipment.

At the first stage, the companies plan to have Russian-made Potok air decontamination devices test-operated at several processing facilities. As agreed, this will be followed by carrying out joint initiatives to additionally equip existing GEA facilities with Potok devices and jointly adapt Potok Inter products for European needs. GEA undertook to distribute new devices in the global market.

Marat Zagidullov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Potok Inter:

“The agreement with such a large international corporation as GEA is a strategically important step for Potok Inter. This means that we will be present in more than 50 countries worldwide and introduce air decontamination solutions abroad in the key business areas of our company. We estimate that the expected economic effect of the strategic cooperation will be hundreds of millions of US dollars. I am sure that building up a partnership between the two companies will have a significant impact on the development of the food and related industries.”

Bjerne Drexler, Director, Equipment Business, GEA:

“GEA’s partner relationship with Potok Inter makes it possible to offer our customers innovative air decontamination technology for food production. The technology is patent protected and has a whole range of advantages such as reduced operating costs due to no need to use consumables and low power consumption. Our customers will be able to solve problems related to the protection of products from microbial contamination, thus preventing defective products and increasing the shelf life.”
